Awkwafina
American actor and musician Awkwafina debuted with sly songs that dealt with sexuality and racial identities with a boldly comedic perspective before increasing her presence in Hollywood. Nora Lum was born to Chinese Koreans living who resided in Forest Hills Queens. Her first experience with music came through the instrument of trumpet. Also, she received Jazz and classical training before when she began to explore hip-hop as a teenager. In college, she studied writing and women's studies. In addition, she spent a short time studying Mandarin in Beijing. After graduation, she begin to concentrate on music. The track My Vag, a response track to Mickey Avalon's My Dick gained viral popularity through the Internet in 2012. It eventually made it on her debut album Yellow Ranger released in 2014. Some other hits that went viral included queef, a body positive track, and the witty NYC Bitche$ hometown tour. This latter song was directly linked to Awkwafina's NYC, a 2015 travel guide. Her resume included both author and musician. The singer was seeking for a new career path in acting. Her film credits include films like Neighbors 2, Storks as well as Bad Rap. In the year 2018, she was offered an array of noteworthy performances, which included Dude Ocean 8 and Crazy Rich Asians. In June, she released her first film In Fina We Trust.
